Ironman Contestant

I enlisted the guidance of Kira for Ironman WA in 2014 and haven’t looked back. Her knowledge of endurance fuelling is extensive, and we worked closely together to find out what works for my body when training under intensity, and what was required for long distance racing.  What ever my race, Kira’s guidance is second to none and I attribute much of the success I see in racing to her nutrition excellence! I flew at my race thanks to you Kira!
